Provides emergency financial aid to those it can serve through the paying of bills which threaten to leave persons without electricity, heating fuel, rent, and other such essentials. Caregivers seek to give counsel as well as assistance.

This ministry operates each Tuesday through Thursday from 9am through 10:30am.

To receive Emergency Financial Assistance you must come to Hope Mission (1410 Bridges Street Morehead City) they do not give assistance over the phone. Please bring identification and bring the bill you are seeking financial assistance for.

Other assistance may be provided in the case of special emergencies such as fires, major medical needs, etc.

Mission Statement: Hope Mission of Carteret County, Inc. is a non-profit Christian ministry which seeks to serve the less fortunate citizens of Carteret County through ministries of food, shelter for the homeless, emergency financial assistance, compassion and prayert. Our volunteers come largely from all over the county, from individuals, groups, businesses and churches.
