The mission of Westbrook Housing is to assist extremely-low to moderate-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and to maintain and improve the quality of their lives.

Provides housing choice vouchers. Westbrook Housing provides smoke free living to their residents. At all of Westbrook Housing's public housing properties, smoking is prohibited anywhere in the apartment, the building, including common areas, or on exterior grounds within 25 feet of the building, including doorways, windows and balconies and any common entrances.
