Titusville Housing Authority offers housing assistance to low income residents through the management of low rent housing through Public housing for families, Housing for elderly and disabled individuals, and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

These programs are income based and each has its own set of eligibility requirements. There may be waiting lists for these programs and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the size of and length of wait on the lists. Mission Statement: The mission of the Solid Waste Division is to provide the Citizens of Titusville with an affordable refuse and recycling collection service that disposes of residential and commercial solid waste in a sanitary, timely and convenient manner.
