Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale offers safe and affordable housing, Section 8, and public housing assistance to low-income families.

These programs each have their own eligibility requirements which applicants must meet.

There may be waiting lists for these programs and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the size and length of wait on the lists.
