The Fort Wayne Housing Authority (FWHA) Senior Conventional waiting list for apartments at Southside Senior Villas is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to the FWHA, "Southside Senior Villas is a mixed-finance community with some public housing and some conventional."
